Coming in the Spring of 2027

The Cecil County Retired School Personnel Association is announcing our 40th Annual Memorial Scholarship program. To date, the fund has awarded over $56,950 to 62 recipients. To be eligible, students must be graduates of a Cecil County Maryland public high school, majoring in the field of Elementary or Secondary Education, and entering their junior or senior year of college. The value of the scholarship is up to $1500.00. The application will be posted here in the spring of 2027.

Isabelle Pierson

Isabelle Pierson is a graduate of North East High School. She will be a junior at Towson University, majoring in Elementary Education. Isabelle was awarded a $1,500 scholarship at our May luncheon.

Madyson Potter, an Elkton High School graduate, will also be a junior at Towson University, majoring in Elementary Education. Madyson was awarded a $1,500 scholarship at our May luncheon.
