Annual Memorial Scholarship
The Cecil County Retired School Personnel Association announces its 36th Annual Memorial Scholarship program winners. To date the fund has awarded over $46,950 to 56 recipients. To be eligible, students must be graduates of a Cecil County Maryland public high school, majoring in the field of Elementary or Secondary Education and entering their junior or senior year of college. The value of the scholarship is up to $1000.00.
2023 Scholarships Winner
Paige Shives will be a senior at Wilmington College, where she is majoring in early childhood education. She graduated from Bohemia Manor High School.
